1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Akers Enterprises LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Akers Enterprises LLC provides webpage building, design, and digital branding services. Project terms, timelines, and deliverables are defined by written agreements.

3. Payments & Billing

A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. Remaining balances are due prior to final delivery or website launch. Late payments may result in delays.

4. Revisions & Modifications

Each design includes up to three revisions. Additional changes outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Akers Enterprises LLC retains rights to display completed work in portfolios unless agreed otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

If hosting is provided by the client, Akers Enterprises LLC is not responsible for downtime or third-party issues.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

If the client cancels before completion, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds are at company discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Akers Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination

Akers Enterprises LLC may terminate services for breach of contract, non-payment, or unresponsiveness.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

14. Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.

Operation Agreement

By signing a project proposal or making a payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of Akers Enterprises LLC’s policies, including the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. The client understands that services begin only after receipt of the required deposit and that all timelines depend on timely cooperation and communication.

Privacy Policy

Akers Enterprises LLC values your privacy. We collect personal data such as name, contact details, and project information solely for business purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties except as required to complete contracted services or comply with the law.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once a project begins. Refunds for partially completed work may be issued at the discretion of Akers Enterprises LLC, based on the proportion of work completed. Completed projects are non-refundable.
